In fact, we have set up a unit to handle seminar/symposium/conference proceedings and in the recent past have published many such works.Our strength lies in the fact that we have got an entire editorial, printing and production set up under one roof, with eight offset printing machines in single colour as well as multi-colour.

We would be able to provide the published proceedings in printed form provided you agree to a buy-back arrangement of a minimum of 150 copies at a special low unit price. To enable us to indicate to you the unit price please provide us the following information.

    ·  the total number of estimated pages of the proceedings, including prelim pages and author index

    · the trim size that you would like us to use for the published proceedings.

    · we would use 80 gsm maplitho paper for the text, prelim pages and index. Please indicate if

      any other quality of paper is required.

    · we would also provide a soft cover/hard cover binding with multi colour printing along with

       lamination. Please indicate your preference (a) hardcover, or (b) softcover.

Our unit which handles seminar/symposia proceedings also performs the following specialised functions for such publications:

    · Cover preparation including designing; the design would incorporate visuals highlighting the contents.

    · Complete setting of the prelim pages; in other words, pages like the title page, half title page, copyright page, list

       of contents and lists of committees etc would set in a uniform style.

    · Making uniform the headings of every article, including affiliations of the contributors.

    ·  Checking each article to try and ensure that the illustrations referred to within the text are actually present;

       similarly, the tables that are mentioned in the text should be present as well (in our experience many a time there

       are discrepancies between the number of illustrations mentioned in the text and the actual number of illustrations

       in an article; similarly, with tables etc).

    ·  Preparation of the author index; in the case of proceedings running into two volumes, cross referencing of the

       author index for both the volumes in addition to preparing master index for each individual volume.

    · providing the ISBN number and Bar Code.

In addition, we also have the facility of providing proceedings on CDs.

Each article in the CD can be accesssed in the following three ways:

    · By the name of the authors

    · By the title of the article, and

    · By the section in which the article appears
